Smoked Salmon Quiche

Ingredients:

#1 cup smoked salmon (we heap the cup)
#1/2 cup mayonnaise
#1/2 cup milk
#2 eggs
#1 Tbs. Cornstarch
# 1 1/2 cups Swiss or Montery Jack cheese, grated
#1/3 cup onions or shallots, finely chopped
#1/3 cup celery
#dash white pepper
#dash paprika on top
#9-inch pastry shell

Directions:

Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in smoked salmon, cheese, onions and white pepper. Pour mixture into 9-inch pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
